We offer group classes as well as private sessions throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. Your mental and physical health is our top priority; see how we can help you make the most out of your time with our awesome equipment classes. All equipment is made by Gratz for the authentic classical experience and class sizes are small (5 max for equipment and 12 max for mat).
